SESSION: Reaching Climate and Energy Goals through Collaboration: Portland’s Sustainability Story

Andria Jacob manages a portfolio of clean energy programs for the City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. She has 15 years of experience designing and delivering innovative energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainability programs. Andria helped found Clean Energy Works Oregon and Solarize Portland, both nationally-recognized clean energy programs. She also works on key climate and energy policy initiatives at the local and state level. Andria began her energy career at E Source in Boulder, Colorado and worked in the private sector consulting on energy efficiency prior to becoming a civil servant. She holds an MA in environmental policy from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a BA in economics from Lehigh University.
